Staying safe during Covid-19
Here at Thena Oxford we take the safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff and third parties working with us very seriously.
We have put in place measures to ensure we adhere to Government guidelines, including:
- Hand sanitising stations at our entrance and counter.
- Disinfection of our fitting rooms between each use.
- Steam cleaning of all clothing that is tried on before being returned to display.
We review these measures regularly to ensure controls are still relevant and being implemented.
If you are not entirely satisified with your purchase, then please return your item (or items), along with the original receipt, within 7 days for an exchange.
We do not offer refunds unless the product is faulty.
Unfortunately, in interests of hygiene and for your own protection, we are unable to exchange pierced earrings.
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.
If you contact us (either online, via telephone or letter, or in person) and provide any personal data (such as name, address, telephone number, etc.) then this information will only be used in the course of providing services to you.
We will not pass any of your personal details on to third parties unless it is necessary to facilitate your enquiry, or to provide services you have requested, and only after first receiving your consent.
